Parking behind a gate at no extra cost. The hôtel is in Thonon, so not on the outskirts, but not right bang in the centre either. Outside seating area. Staff were responsive.

Very nice service. Attentive and friendly. Recently done maintenance makes staying even more joyful.

Hotel parking on site, easy check in. Helpful staff. Stored our bikes in a locked area. Rooms snug but had all facilities.

We requested for a large room and got a 3 persons room. The breakfast is quite value for money, the spread is quite nice and there's plenty of seats during the morning hour.

Larger room than some in Ibis budgets. Exactly as described. Nice outlook over playing fields. Some parking at no cost outside hotel. Reasonably priced.

The young man with long hair on reception (sorry can't recall his name) was amazing! He bent over backwards to assist me with an issue. Great breakfast! Room had a view of the lake!

Thonon. Les Bains is a very good base for ski trips and visits to beautiful towns on the lake of Geneva. Ibis Styles and budget are newly gerestyled and everything looks fresh and new.

A clean room, a good shower and a proper bed. There is a small selection for breakfast, but the quality is good. The staff is friendly. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything fancy.
